The SNPs / Variants page lists every single nucleotide polymorphism GeDiPNet has curated from ClinVar. Search by dbSNP ID, gene symbol, or Entrez Gene ID, and filter by variant type, chromosome, or clinical significance using the filter icon on each of those columns. Each row shows the dbSNP ID, the gene(s) it sits in, variant type, chromosome and position, clinical significance, and function class. Users can download the current page, only the SNPs they've selected, or every matching row, in TSV or CSV format.
