Reactome Pathways

Reactome pathways and KEGG pages contain pathways associated with genes in the database. You can search by pathway name and/or gene symbol, and browse alphabetically using the A-Z buttons. Each record is hyperlinked to a complete information page which also includes links to the Reactome and KEGG pathway database. Using the "View" option users can visualize the genes and diseases associated with the pathway. Users can download the entire table dataset or export only specifically chosen pathways entries, with all data available in TSV (Tab-Separated Values) format using the download button on top right in the control section.

Clicking a Reactome pathway ID opens its detail page: Pathway ID, Pathway Name, Pathway Location, and Associated Genes, followed by the pathway's interactive diagram embedded directly from Reactome (event hierarchy, molecular interaction map, and a Description/Molecules/Structures/Expression/Analysis/Download panel).

The "View" link in a pathway's Associated Diseases column opens a pathway tree showing every disease linked to that pathway's genes.
