Disease Clusters

The Disease Clusters tool groups diseases that share a large number of curated genes with each other into clusters, computed via label propagation over the shared-gene similarity graph — so membership can come from transitive overlap (disease A links to B, B links to C) rather than just a direct pairwise match. No input is required: browse the list of clusters directly, or use the search box to jump straight to whichever cluster a specific disease belongs to.

Each cluster's detail view shows its member diseases, a summary stats card, an interactive network diagram of how they connect (node size by connection count, edge thickness by similarity, hover tooltips, draggable nodes), pairwise similarity scores for every pair within the cluster, and the cluster's own pathway/GO term enrichment — the likely biological reason behind the grouping.
